"Real Housewives of Orange County" alum Kelly Dodd is facing possible jail time over revenge porn allegations, according to a report.

The reality star is accused of “unlawfully and intentionally” distributing images of a woman — identified in court documents as Jane Doe — engaged in sexual activity, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Dodd allegedly shared video in August 2025 of Doe having sex and masturbating, resulting in some severe emotional distress for the woman. What’s more the clip was recorded without her consent, and in a situation where Doe had “reasonable expectation of privacy,” per TMZ. The duo also later discussed keeping the content between the two of them, prosecutors said.

Shortly thereafter, Dodd allegedly reached out to Doe and threatened “to injure her, her property and her family,” according to the court documents.

In addition to a revenge porn claims, Dodd is also facing a battery charge stemming from a separate in June 2025, which involved a different person. In total, she is facing three misdemeanor charges, which could land her in jail, TMZ reported. Few other details about the incident were provided.

Dodd is best known for starring on Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Orange County” from Seasons 11 through 15. She joined the cast in 2016 and then made her exit in 2021. She is currently married to former Fox News correspondent and journalist Rick Leventhal. The couple tied the knot on Oct. 10, 2020, in a private ceremony in Santa Rosa, California, marking Dodd’s third marriage.

Dodd discussed the legal drama with Leventhal during her podcast on Wednesday, declaring the allegations “absurd” and “insane.”

In a statement to TMZ, Dodd went on to call it “an absolute joke that prosecutors are pursuing this case instead of going after real criminals with real victims.” She added that she could not provide further details giving the ongoing nature of the case.
