Raiders lock up offensive lineman Kolton Miller with long-term extension
Published in Football
LAS VEGAS — Kolton Miller has said he wants to be a Raider for life.
That looks like more of a possibility after the veteran left tackle signed a three-year extension Wednesday worth $66 million with $42.5 million guaranteed. Miller, who was set to be a free agent next offseason, is now under contract through 2028.
Miller, 29, was selected by the Raiders with the No. 15 overall pick in the 2018 draft out of UCLA. He is now the longest-tenured player on the team.
He’s been a starter since his rookie season and has become one of the NFL’s best offensive tackles. Miller has made 109 appearances through seven seasons and made 17 starts a year ago despite undergoing shoulder surgery in the offseason.
