NEW YORK — Academy Award-winning Halle Berry got mixed results in her bid for custody over her 13-year-old son.

A family court judge ruled that the “Monster’s Ball” star’s ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, will retain custody over Maceo-Robert Martinez, according to TMZ.

Martinez’s lawyer said Berry wanted equal joint custody, which a judge rejected. She was also denied overnight visiting privileges. The court reportedly agreed to revisit the issue in November.

Berry was successful in getting the court to dissolve the domestic violence restraining order issued against her after she was accused of choking her son. She denies that happened. Maceo didn’t testify during Thursday closed hearing. He previously participated in a deposition.

Berry’s lawyers suggested in legal documents viewed by People that “the Court should be particularly cautious before placing substantial weight on testimony from a coached and manipulated child” who she claimed had discussed the case with Martinez. The French actor denied that characterization.

The Los Angeles judge denied Martinez’s request to limit his ex-wife’s time with their son over the holidays during Thursday’s hearing.

Berry and Martinez were married from 2013 to 2016. She was previously wed to baseball player David Justice and singer Eric Benet. She has an 18-year-old daughter, Nahla Aubry, with Canadian actor Gabriel Aubry. Nahla took the stand to testify on her mom’s behalf earlier this week, according to reports.
