NEW BALTIMORE, Mich. — Eminem's ex-wife failed to appear Wednesday in a New Baltimore courtroom for a sentencing and a hearing in two separate drunk driving cases, according to the court.

Kimberley Anne Mathers, 51, was set to be sentenced for a hit-and-run crash in February during which she was drunk. The Chesterfield Township resident pleaded no contest on May 11 to operating while impaired and failure to stop after a collision, which are punishable by no more than 93 days in jail.

Mathers was also supposed to have a check-in hearing Wednesday for a drunk driving charge from an incident two days after she pleaded no contest in the first case. She was charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense, which is a felony.

She allegedly struck a parked car in a Chesterfield Township residential neighborhood and had a preliminary breath test result of 0.20, more than double the legal limit.

Mathers faces up to a year in jail or up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000.

Other possible penalties include a driver's license revocation of up to five years, the forfeiture of her vehicle and community service.

Camilla Barkovic, her attorney, did not immediately respond Wednesday to a request for comment.
