Brenda Song has paid tribute to Macaulay Culkin on the couple's ninth anniversary.

The actress, 38, marked the milestone days after Macaulay, 45, celebrated their relationship on Instagram - by sharing a heartfelt message in which she said her life "burst into color" when the former child star entered it.

Brenda responded with her own post on Thursday (18.06.26), sharing a Polaroid-style photograph of the pair kissing and reflecting on nearly a decade together.

The couple, who met while filming Changeland and began dating in 2017, are now parents to two sons - Dakota, four, and Carson, two.

Their relationship has attracted growing attention in recent years as both stars have enjoyed career resurgences.

Brenda currently stars alongside Kate Hudson in Netflix comedy Running Point, while Macaulay has returned to screens with roles including appearances in the second season of Fallout and voice work in Zootopia 2.

He remains best known worldwide for playing Kevin McCallister in the Home Alone films, one of the most iconic child performances in cinema history.

Sharing her message on Instagram, Brenda wrote: "Happy 9 year anniversary @culkamania !"

She continued: "As I sit here at this airport, just having wrapped on set and about to fly home to see you and our babies - I can't help but be a little sentimental and reminisce at how fast 9 years can fly by when I get to enjoy life with you."

Reflecting on her relationship with Macaulay, Brenda added: "My life burst into colour when you walked into it.

"I will never know what I did to deserve you and this life that we lead, but I am forever grateful. I truly can't imagine doing this whole life thing without you. It's not always easy but it's always worth it."

She concluded: "I love you more and more each day.

"You're stuck with me."

The post followed Macaulay's own anniversary tribute shared a day earlier.

He wrote: "Today marks a very special day for me. It's been 9 years since my life changed forever."

Macaulay added: "It's amazing to think that 1 in every 5 days I've been alive I have had the honor of waking up next to the love of my life. My only regret is that we haven't had more time together."

He and Brenda got engaged in January 2022, roughly nine months after welcoming their first son.

Brenda, who first rose to prominence through Disney Channel projects including The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, has recently enjoyed renewed success through Running Point.

Macaulay has also made cameo appearances in the Netflix series across its two seasons.

Earlier this year, Brenda revealed Macaulay had surprised her with another proposal while she was filming the show.

Appearing on Kylie Kelce's Not Gonna Lie podcast in April, Brenda recalled: "He had flowers all by the front door and my two boys and I walk up, and I was like, 'Oh my God'."

The couple celebrated their eighth anniversary together in 2025 with a romantic getaway before marking nine years together this month.
