Jerry Hall hasn't seen Rupert Murdoch since their divorce.
The 70-year-old supermodel married the 95-year-old tycoon in 2016 but they separated in 2011 and she insisted it isn't important to be "friends" with an ex, though she is on good terms with first husband Sir Mick Jagger.
She reflected to Britain's Vogue magazine: "Not all exes you want to be friends with, do you? Some people aren't friendly. But I think when you have children with someone it's important to be friendly.
"Rupert, we were married six and half years and no children, and so, you know."
Asked if she hangs out with Rupert, she shook her head and said: "I haven't seen him in a couple of years. Since the divorce."
By contrast, Jerry has a good relationship with Mick - the father of her children Elizabeth, 42, James, 40, Georgia, 34, and Gabriel, 29 - and he is a regular visitor to her home, along with partner Melanie Hamrick and their eight-year-old son Deveraux.
She said: "He comes out here quite a bit, Sunday lunch, him and Mel and their son, Dev. They're so sweet."
And she praised the Rolling Stones rocker - who has eight children with five women - for being a "great diplomat" and keeping their extended family on good terms.
She said: "Mick's a great diplomat. All the kids love each other. All the mothers of the kids love each other. It's just odd, isn't it? Just worked out that way."
Jerry only has "nice things" to say about her former spouse.
Asked if she thinks people have misconceptions about their relationship, she replied: "Well, I think they do because newspapers make up stories all the time. He and I get on really well. I can only think nice things about him. You know, when you're young, people get crushes on people and do stupid things all the time, don't they? God, I'm so lucky that it doesn't happen to me anymore - hardly."
Jerry noted going through a divorce is "always traumatic" but is philosophical.
She said: "'What will be, will be,' that's my saying. And it really works. If it's meant for me, it's gonna happen. If it's not?"
And the Celebrity Traitors star isn't interested in looking for love again.
She said: "I sometimes see people and think,'He's cute', but I kind of can't be bothered."
Asked if she'd try a dating app, she added: "Noooo, never! I'm very, very happy. I don't feel I'm missing anything. I like men's company but I don't actually think I'll ever want to live with one of them again."
