Pam Grier has orgasms that "last three days".

The 76-year-old actress feels younger because her releases of sexual tension are now more powerful and long-lasting.

On the latest episode of 65-year-old actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus' Wiser Than Me podcast, the host asked Pam: "Do you feel young?"

The Foxy Brown star then got frank about her sex life, as she replied: "Yes, I do, because when you're young, you can have three, four, five orgasms in an hour. But when you get my age, you have one orgasm, it'll last three days."

A surprised Julia exclaimed: "What are you talking about?. Like, what are you doing down there to get a three-day orgasm? I need details."

Pam laughed as she responded: "You don't have to do anything, but when it happens, I just wanna tell you, you just be prepared.

"It's gonna be three whole days."

The Jackie Brown alum said her age has given her long orgasms.

Pam said: "If I could have had that when I was younger, I would have had a better life and better boyfriends, OK?"

In August 2025, the Coffy entertainer said she was "horny as f***" when she lifted the lid on her sex life and revealed she was in a "cosmic" relationship with a mystery man.

Pam added on the Allison Interviews podcast: "You hear about when people find their person, that it's a warm, fuzzy feeling. I can't believe it happened now, when I've got things to do. Don't mess up my plans!"

The Ghosts of Mars cast member has never been hitched, but she has struck up romances with A-listers previously, including late comedians Richard Pryor and Freddie Prinze, and former basketball player Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

In 2022, Pam revealed where she now finds lovers.

She told Rolling Stone: "I pick up my dates at Home Depot and Lowe's. I can name 10 tractor companies. I can drive a forklift. I ain't no fool."

Pam also opened up about her country life in Colorado since she left Hollywood.

She said: "I'm an independent woman. I'm always ready for an emergency. Clothes, keys, boots by the door in case of an earthquake. A backpack with extra water. Anywhere I go, I have a fire extinguisher in my truck, in case people throw a cigarette out the window.

"And a 20-inch chainsaw, oiled and ready to go. I saw a tree fallen over the road, the only access road around. I pull over and see all these truckers standing around, saying, 'Darn, there's a 10,000-pound tree on the road. What are we gonna do?'

"Then I get out, and I see their faces. 'Uh-oooh - here comes Foxy Brown with her chain saw!'

My grandfather taught me that -- how the girls could be self-sufficient and take care of themselves."
