Denise Richards wants ex Aaron Phypers, in-laws evicted from home

Denise Richards says Aaron Phypers has not been paying rent for the home they once shared and is calling on a judge to remove her estranged husband and his family from the property.
In a declaration filed Wednesday, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and OnlyFans star, 54, says she was recently informed that “eviction proceedings” will begin this weekend amid 52-year-old Phypers’ missed rental payments, though he’s been aware of his financial responsibility since January, per Us Weekly.
Richards also says the “frequency medicine” practitioner and her in-laws — both his parents and brother — have “severely damaged” the residence, where she “left many of my personal items and my late mother’s items.”
Richards wants to ensure that neither the family nor any recording or listening devices are present when she goes to the property Saturday to get her things. At that time, Richards also hopes to retrieve the dogs she left with Phypers amid her recent recovery from two surgeries.
“There is no emergency or exigent circumstance and the court should deny [her] ex parte request,” read Phypers’ response, per Us.
Though he doesn’t “consent” to Richards’ requested order, Phypers asked that should it be granted, he also be granted the “opportunity to retrieve” his things from the home currently occupied by Richards.
In early July, Phypers filed for divorce from the “Wild Things” actress — who he wed in 2018 — citing “irreconcilable differences.” Within days, Richards secured a temporary restraining order against Phypers, who she accused of death threats and longstanding abuse. Phypers denies the claims, which he says Richards manufactured to distract from her own alleged infidelity.
By month’s end, Richards accused Phypers of “repeatedly” violating the TRO through stealing texts from her laptop and leaking them as well as her nude photos to media outlets — video evidence of which she says exists.
Earlier this month, the cops were called when Richards showed up at Phypers’ Calabasas home “to retrieve her dogs after learning that Mr. Phypers had put down one of her … dogs without her knowledge or permission.” Her lawyer at the time told TMZ that Richards only showed up after “confirming that Mr. Phypers was not present.”
Phypers dismissed Richards’ claims as “absolutely false” and “willfully intentional in the slander and destruction of what is left of a family.”
